salut a tous,
voilà je suis un super novice en informatique, mais selon ce que j'ait lu j'ait fait un scan avec hijacktis, mais j'ait besoin de votre savoir pour analyser ce log et faire de ma machine une formule 1. Merci a ceux qui vont m'aider. A au fait les problèmes sont les suivants... au lieu d'une ferrari j'ait l'impréssion d'avoir une 2cv et je n'arrive pplus a faire les mise a jours windows update et windows defender. encore une fois merci. jo

Bonsoir & bienvenue,
Tu ne serais pas redirigé pendant tes surfs aussi ?
Tu es infecté par WareOut.
Imprime ces instructions si nécessaire car il va y avoir un redémarrage de l'ordinateur.
- Télécharge le FixWareout (de LonnyRJones) sur le Bureau.
> Si le lien ne fonctionne pas clique ici <
- Lance le fix (FixWareout.exe), clique sur Next puis Install
- Assure-toi que Run fixit soit bien activé puis clique sur Finish
Le scan va commencer, suis les instructions à l'écran. Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, accepte,
Ton système mettra un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.
- Poste le contenu du rapport C:\fixwareout\report.txt avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

C'est une bonne initiative d'avoir viré Avast pour le remplacer par Antivir. 
Lance un scan complet de ton poste de travail, avec ton nouvel antivirus, en mode sans échec.
Poste le rapport sur ta prochaine réponse.

| salut, je veut bien faire un scan en mode sans échec, mais en général j'abandonne cette idée car le pc est hyper lent en mode sans echec. si je lance le scan j'en ait environ pour 12 à 13 heures et le pire c'est que c'est vrait. d'ailleurs est-ce normal? merci jo |

Bonjour,
C'est normal que ce soit plus long en MSE qu'en mode normal, oui.
On va changer si tu veux, mais je te conseille de le lancer ce soir, comme ça il scannera cette nuit et ça ne te gênera pas.
En attendant, on va utiliser un autre outil capable de trouver la plupart des virus connus.
- Télécharge SDFix de AndyManchesta et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau.
- Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire sur le bureau.
- Redémarre en mode sans échec
- Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.cmd pour lancer le script,
- Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage,
- Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
- Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
 Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
- Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
- Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
- Enfin, poste le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis

Bonsoir,
Et il n'a pas réinitialisé les fichiers ?
Faire une réparation de Windows pour ça, ça me semble un peu excessif, en plus tu devras refaire toutes les mises à jour manquantes depuis la date d'installation des fichiers systèmes.
Pourquoi tu as fait un SFC /scannow 
Qu'est ce qui dysfonctionne encore sur ta machine ?
